Poor customer care, asked for a quotation and the person who came said that he had to go to his office to be able to give us some numbers. He was apparently the owner. He was meant to come back to us either same day or next. That never happened, it was also difficult to get hold of him from the beginning. Definitely not serious or professional. But I can see that this has happened before on several occasions.

Half way through renovations, our house was in a state and needed TLC we just couldn’t manage ourselves.After a spring clean, we were happy with the results and engaged the team for weekly cleans since, with great results, handling the changing landscape as our renovations continued along.Thanks team!

Contacted them via their website requesting a quote for a deep clean of my house which was in the process of being put up for sale. I received a generated email immediately telling me to expect to be contacted by phone or email in the next few days to organise a visit to prepare a proper estimate10 days later I still heard nothing else - either they're incompetent or they don’t value people attempting to put work their wayI’d stay clear of this lot

Stay clear of this place at all costs. Advertise a deep clean. It’s a general clean at best. And even that was half done. Arrived late. A lot of things but cleaned that said would be cleans ie skirting boards. Shelves etc. shoddy work. Customer service shocking. Avoid!

I tried to get help with general housework done to help with recovery after major surgery. Joseph came out to do an Estimate of Service and that was the last I heard.Shabby.

I paid £189.00 for a deep clean, I got a quick lick and a promise no furniture was pulled out and the products used were 89p astonish from home bargains and a dirty micro cloth I know as they left them in my bedroom. I spoke to the woman that runs it she was rude unhelpfully and offered nothing to rectify the rip of she charged. She didn't even offer the check it herself and her staff did not wear face masks even though I offered them some all in all give it a wide birth nothing about this company is good. I asked for a breakdown of work and a receipt 2 months ago still waiting.
