Palladium Building Supplies Burrington Way
Tried to take back a Stanley Knife but without a receipt they would not take it back or even exchange it for another one with sliding blade for safety as the other one had no sliding blade very dangerous and the staff member on the front door was very abusive and said you could have bought it anywhere sorry even with a receipt I could have bought it anywhere and the prices since last year have increased substantially. If I could give no stars I would staff a couple of years ago were brilliant.

Can't give no stars, so 1 star it is. Delivery service appalling ~ Staff and manager incapable of telling the truth about timings ~ Told me what they thought I would believe ~ DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERY SCHEDULES. To add insult to injury, they damaged 2 of the 3 trellises as other materials were stacked on top of them. If as they stated, I was the first drop, then everything would have been fine as the trellises would have been on the top. I only do repeat business with honest people so this £200 order has cost them the chance of supplying my next order which will be £5000 +. Any ideas re alternative suppliers ?

Delivery driver very helpful and friendly, found counter staff not so helpful and the 4 fence panels were mixed instead of all same, 2 had one strip down middle and two had two 2 strips. Wasn't impressed

Unable to attatch photo but when pallet of sand, cement and pavers arrived 1 bag of cement and sand had a significant tear and 3 other bags of sand had minor tears. Hoping the cement won't go off dispite me double bagging it. Obviously this occured before the pallet was shrink wrapped.In store and yard the staff were helpful.

Ordered 145 * 38mm decking advertised on their website. Received 27mm * 115. Was promised the stuff would be picked up, two weeks later the junk is still in the drive and warped beyond belief. 400 quid worse off. No polite description appropriate, avoid these people
