We originally chose Purple Bricks for our sale based purely on price, but I really liked Mark and Steve, and after a disastrous start with Purple Bricks we quickly jumped ship and got on the phone to Homes On Web who got to work straight away.It was the best decision we could have made, and the results spoke for themselves.The difference in service we received was night and day. Everything was superb from the listing and photos, to viewings being managed, and all the work behind the scenes to see our sale through. The team at Homes On Web are also very transparent and honest, and took all the stress away from us, which is exactly what we wanted. We didn't have to chase them or worry what they were doing, nor did we ever feel like they'd got our business and we weren't their priority any more.The photographer they use is also absolutely fantastic, and does an incredible job. We've had photographers before and they are usually varying shades of diabolical, but Homes On Web have absolutely nailed it.Mark also recommended Right Choice conveyancing who were fantastic too. I know many people run a mile from an agents recommended solicitor as the big players do it purely for commission, but with Right Choice you have great agents and great solicitors working closely together to get your sale done.I wouldn't hesitate to use Homes On Web in future, and wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere. We felt personally supported in our move and there was none of the unwanted sales pressure or game playing that we found with some of the other better known estate agents.
