Review for groom room only:Used to be good untill the management changed.Now it's disappointing, we waited a few months for an appointment, and one hour before the grooming appointment we've been called that they need vet's approval for having a hair cut. We asked why we weren't notified before the appointment, and the reply was that they don't check the appointments....i didn't wanted to leave a bad review, however we have issues because of this mess...hurray...

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. When we take Hugo there they spoil him with attention and treats and he just doesn't want to leave. He sulks when we get back home. Pets at Home, St Neots, Hugo misses you!

Dale I think his name was amazing gave me some great tips about bedding and how my Guinea pigs behave and what that means.But also was very friendly and polite,and also helped sort out my bonus card and gave me some money off which i missed out on when i first bought my Guinea pigs from the cambridge store. The metal excersize area I bought online.
