I ordered using the snappy shopper app, if i could give 0 stars i would, the order stated it would be with me by 19:40, i ordered at 18:30, i waited an hour after the time they stated my order would be delivered before calling to ask where it was, i was told it was with the driver at 20:40 and would be no longer than 10 minutes and that my order was more than an hour late because the driver had too much to do, 20 minutes later i called again to have the phone put down on me repeatedly before i called on no caller ID to which they answered proving they were deliberately ignoring me, highly inappropriate customer service and appalling delivery time, substituted items in my order without asking also, i will not be ordering or shopping here again. Not only was the order an hour and a half late, it also wasn’t correct.

I ordered from Uber and waited an hour still waiting no reply from shop where’s my order no one answered the phone I rang 6 times I left a text still no reply or an update from shop a very unhappy customer genuine shopper .it’s today saying this morning delivered to wrong address Uber clearly has my full address and other businesses and Uber haven’t had problems so why Four Ways inn premier there the same as me ws2

Order online waited nearly 2 hours no order so I ended up going to collect myself and the driver was sat outside the shop ok the car with my order will never order from here againCouldn’t contact the shop wouldn’t even ring terrible service

The prices are different st the till compared to what is displayed check your prices ppl

Lovely staff (10.4.) I had some stuff on me and then on cashier I just asked for 0.7l Captain Morgan as well and he said like take bigger one (1L) So I only want to say the staff in the store just want to give you enough to have everything so 5 stars defo cause like it

Disgusting customer service. Order from snappy shopper at 18:15 reaxhed 20: 20 and still no order called shop they ignore or put the phone down DO NOT USE OR GO TO THIS SHOP RIP OFF JOKERS STILL NO ORDER NO REFUND NEVER AGAIN

It's ok not bad just as any other corner shops cor me
