OUTSTANDING WORK. THANKYOU! Volker of Keys Piano Tuning was simply fantastic at restoring and tuning my late fathers piano which was of great sentimental value to me. Moths had gotten in and eaten away most of the felts inside the workings which Volker lovingly replaced as well as help restoring the action and many of the other issues with piano. The quality of workmanship was second to none and the price was incredible value for the work and materials he had put in. Volker is a kind and reliable man. He was here to the minute and tidy and efficient. I am so very, very pleased I have found him. It is rare to find such a genuinely nice craftsman. A lovely man. Thankyou once again Volker. Volker has looked after my Steinway and Ibach grands since the retirement of my previous tuner / technician. He is a perfectionist and I am totally confident in entrusting the instruments to his care.

Volker tuned and repaired our piano. Some of the notes were ringing endlessly. He explained why and replaced the damper springs to make our piano sound like new. Excellent job and very reasonably priced too. We are so pleased we have found him!
