Really disappointed with the service provided here. It’s a family run business but unfortunately the person who sold me a bike clearly does not have the family or customers interests at the forefront of his mind. He was rude and arrogant. I had to keep phoning to ask for updates from the garage and luckily I did as the bike was not put through an MOT when it was supposed to be. I bought outright at 4k and never mentioned about finance. I then received spam phone calls from vehicle finance companies (I have never signed up to finance through anything else). This company had all my details and could only tell me that the referral came through on the day that I put a deposit down on the bike from GM. I felt like I was a problem to the salesman. If it wasn’t for the lovely bike which was in perfect condition I would not have bought from here. Management was advised at the time of purchase however it seems that this problem is still ongoing from other recent reviews.

I brought my first bike here and could not recommend Grafton enough, they had the bike prepared and ready and with a short notice delivery request from myself. All done and sorted within a hand full of days.I’m sure it may have even been much faster too.I had to talk with them on and off due to my work which they understood and didn’t mind the delayed responses from myselfKept me updated throughout the few days as to how things were getting on.Was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, will look to getting my next big bike from them for sure!And a Huge thank you to Darren! Keep up the good work, will be seeing you all again soon come service time.

Last year GM did an excellent job of getting my 2002 hornet going again after a period off the road. It is still running beautifully and I have found the help and support provided by them since invaluable - many thanks guys!

Called to get a finance quote on a bike I wanted to buy. Got told I will get a call back later that day, waited most of the day till before they where about to close, and called again to say I haven't received a call back yet. Said they would get back to me again, so waited till the next day.Got a call late morning early midday from their sales director Chris, I asked for some details about the bike and they couldn't really answer my questions, Didn't seem very knowledgeable or interested, I then asked about warranty and extended warranty prices only to have to wait 5 mins on the phone while the guy took forever to look up some standardised warranty prices that are all the same on there own website. Really surprised they didn't even know that off the top of their head, given I was speaking to the sales director...After that kerfuffle, they took some basic info for a finance quote, like how much I wanted to put down as a deposit how long I wanted the term ect... Took my email and said they would send me the finance quotes. Phone call ended and I was kinda put off after the interaction, but decided I was going to buy the bike anyway. Well I have been waiting 10+ days now and nothing, no phone call back, no email nothing. Really glad I didn't buy this bike from them in the end. If I had any problems with the bike I would of been in communication hell with this place. I would personally avoid this garage.

I purchased this 1100 Africa twin brand new from Grafton in July 2021 .After a year several problems came up, exhaust, wheel bearing , leaking suspension, rust . This bike is an off road it is meant to be strong. The bike is under 2 years warranty but all my claims were denied despite the bike being 18 months old. The rust, according to their expert report is due to my poor cleaning skills and the leaking suspension is due to me riding the bike on the road. The dealership did not take any responsibility at all. Now the bike is not safe to ride, and I am battling with Honda UK , Honda finance. The reputation of Honda is overrated , the quality is not there anymore, and the service from their dealership is appalling. I will definitely not recommend that dealership. Don't buy from them or you will be disappointed. Don't buy a Honda motorcycle.

Had a great buying experience at Grafton motorcycles with Denzel. Friendly and helpful staff who explained everything clearly. Accurate delivery date and time with free delivery to my home address. Warranty and service plan explained thoroughly. Quick and no hassle private registration transfer process. Great price from a local family run business. Would return and use again.

Incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a first time bike owner and the team answered all my first timer questions with such grace it made me feel a biker.

Grafton Motorcycles is possibly the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (car or motorcycle). The staff are always on hand to give the best advice and support, whilst choosing a new bike. They don’t try and sugarcoat anything, they are always 100% truthful with their customers, with that, they’ve earned my respect & trust. They will go out of their way to make sure the customer is looked after properly.I’ve now purchased 2 motorcycles from them in the last 12 months. Each time was a fantastic experience with great service. I know when the time comes for my next chapter in my motorcycle adventures, I’ll go straight to them for their advice.

If you’re looking for a Honda or want to px your own bike I strongly advise you to talk to Chris and his Team at Grafton. I found my own bike there through a search on auto trader. The dealership was slightly further a field than I wanted to travel but having made the journey I’m so glad I did.Customer service, honesty and integrity are clearly at the heart of everything that Chris and his staff promote leaving me with absolute confidence in my purchase and further experiences with both my motorcycle and the dealership.A testament to Chris and his team!

Would be nice if they bothered to answer emails - even if to say they are not interested in a p/ex deal - but if they can't respond to potential new customers, imagine what they'd be like with complaints from existing ones! Think I'll be giving them a miss & will look elsewhere to dispose of my cash.edit to dealers reply:They shouldn't be perplexed" as they had already replied to my first email by apologising that someone had read the email then not marked it as unread - then failed to reply to my subsequent 2 emails
