The 4th weekend running the cafe is not serving hot food. I don’t know why they don’t just close it down and save the people’s time who make the effort to travel there. Too many cafes in the area to be this lapse, emailed head office, they couldn’t care less. Won’t be returning

Lots of messy shelves, water leaking fridges, no freezer food last weekBroken egg on floor, sauce spill too.Only 2 main tills open at 7pm on a Friday night.Loads of waiting, going shop at Tesco next week.

Pleasant shop, helpful staff, fairly good variety of products. Parking easy and plentiful. Store is outdated though and could do with refurbishment. Bathrooms are old and broken.

Tired, cramped and limited - and that's just the horrible parking! The two stars are solely for the butcher and fishmonger counters (which won't be long for this world, let's be fair). The pizza counter is also fun (even if vegan cheese is always 'not available today, sorry').The checkout tills are perpetually undermanned, funnelling everyone to the lothsome, cramped self-check out tills that are constantly breaking down, or erroring. I feel sorry for the tired, apathetic staff counting down the days until they can get to the end of the day shift.A huge injection of money and energy could probably turn it around, but much like Yate in general, it's not going to happen.

I visited Morrisons today for the first time in years and to be honest I wont be going back in a hurry. The shop is grubby, the shelves were dirty and the most dangerous thing was the large amount of water on the floor in several areas. No one seemed to be attending to it and I'm sure it won't be long before someone slips and falls. The management really need to sort out the health and safety of the store.Ann Mitchelmore

Great supermarket, there's a really good range of fresh food and I particularly like the fish counter and all the other fresh food counters that many supermarkets are removing. There is also a butcher counter, cooked meat counter, pizza counter and fresh fish. I like the feeling of freshness and really feel the food I'm buying is as fresh as can be. Staff are also friendly and the shop has a good layout.

I don't really rate the store very highly. The gents was out of order again, same as 2 weeks ago so obviously not bothered fixing it. Not a great choice of products in the freezer section which is very small.However, l do rate the cafe in there, very nice food and reasonable prices, all self ordering at a machine though. Cafe staff are few but they are all friendly and polite. Tables could do with clearing more often though.

I only went in for snack. Cream tea and egg sandwiche. Very nice. Helpful friendly staff. Not expensive £5. Plenty of free parking. Notice the petrol was cheap.

Long queue, only one cashier and overcharged, again! The few staff members who were trying to keep the store operating were very helpful.
