The Groom Room Leeds Kirkstall

Firstly, absolutely terrible customer service as they never answer the phone and the online booking system never works so no choice but to call them. The girls make you feel terrible for calling, rush you into making a decision and cannot wait to get you off the phone. If this is due to being short staffed and over worked then management needs to address the issue. I personally think they are way overpriced and not the best groomers. There are better groomers elsewhere that charge considerably less. I can do a far better job myself and I have had no professional training. Avoid like the plague!

WOW! Had our 15 month old English Mastiff x Bullmastiff groomed yesterday and I still can't get over how soft she feels (we've had her 6 weeks). The ladies were wonderful, caring and very informed. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back again.

I have used groom room for years. I usually book the last appointment of the day so I can bring the dog after work. Always accepted to bring him earlier when asked, as often they didn't have appointments before us and wanted to close earlier. Today I was late as stuck in traffic,called and asked to reschedule and told I was going to loose my deposit. When told the person I have always been accommodating in the past and I was frustrated as stuck in traffic for 30 minutes and called in advance for honestly, she replied I agreed to bring the dog earlier because I could. Legal to take the deposit? Absolutely! But I will never be accomodating anymore in the future. Lesson learned!

Great service at Groom Room in Kirkstall. Really friendly and professional staff who do a great job. Hector 'enjoys' his time there and always gets a warm welcome from the team. Very reasonably priced too compared to a lot of groomers, and advice given rather than a sales pitch!

Think it would benefit all customers if you were able to pay your deposit online rather than having to wait for someone to ring you to take this. The majority of us work and I've had groom cancelled because I haven't been able to take the call to pay deposit. I ended up going elsewhere.

Terrible. Took for a puppy cut, absolute bodge job and £25 for about 35 minutes. Puppy has come back with fleas! Do not go here, save your money terrible service.

Took my whippet here for his nails trimming for the first time. He was a bundle of nerves and very fidgety, but the lady was expert at dealing with him and had his nails safely trimmed within minutes. Highly recommended

My dogs always come out of the groom room looking and smelling amazing. The website is pretty easy to use and the services are worth the price - especially getting the deshedding treatment for my lab/ Alsatian mix!

Really lovely staff, know my dogs are in good hands there and the service is great. My dog always looks how we want after a groom and they remember her so know how we like it.
