Went in today looking for a starter electric Guitar. Spoke to the staff about what would be best, he was very friendly and helpful. He even showed us a couple of amps in use so we could decide which would give the best sound! Guitars were very reasonably priced. Happy to buy from a local shop rather than online. Thank you, we will be back soon!!

The absolute best music shop in Shropshire! Bought a few guitars and equipment from there and I think rob should receive a pay rise as he is very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don’t stock what you want then they know where you can buy it and I like the atmosphere of the shop very much. 100% amazing shop. Must visit!!! I have never had better deals of items from anywhere else!!!! 10/10

Excellent customer service, lovely selection of acoustic guitars. Just the right amount of attention but let you get on and try things without being in any way pushy. Helped my OH choose a guitar he would never have considered without their help.. and for the cynics out there .. it was cheaper than the one he thought he wanted !!

Great store managed by people who understand their products. Pete in the Hi-fi section is really knowledgeable and not pushy when you are browsing. Having said that I've just bought new speakers and going back for a deck upgrade this weekend
