I booked an appointment for home visit, the guy messaged me 30 minutes after he was supposed to be here, that he will be 2 hours late. we rebooked for another day since i made plans.... He never showed up again.

Can not thank this company enough! Needed a same day appointment and got one immediately. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the audiologist who came out to do the procedure. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable and caring! Will definitely use again!

We had exceptional service today which was particularly marked as it is a Saturday. We were struggling with a hearing issue with a 100 year old lady.They were able to book us in today and were helpful, concise and clear about their advice. The visit was done in a professional and caring manner. They actually discovered three problems which were causing the issue. My Father was impressed with the care undertaken and requested that I leave this review.Thank you for coming to our aid on a Saturday and restoring more of my Grandmother 's hearing.
