Was being told different things given the wrong amount for the loan led me into more debt and very little info leaving me having to gauss for myself what’s going on when trying to explain myself I get shut down straight away didnt rase my voice at all and I started getting shouted at by women who works there by the name of Claire highly unprofessional and inconsiderate can’t speak for rest of company but my experience with skyline has not been helpful in anyway

Nothing but con men, avoid at all cost.....I would be very wary about giving them your bank details or any details for that matter, they sell the to people who phone you a 100 times a day so it doesn't bare thinking what they do with your bank details THIS IS A REAL REVEIW no matter what they say, if u give them your details expect a million calls from india

Unreliable when needed, take too long for a loan when in dire straits. Not recommended.

Was took on by agent doing me out of £1800 pound which I never got anything back total disgrace but will be in hands of solicitor

Tried to get a loan but didn't know how to fill out the form properly asked my agent for help she didn't help at all kept waiting n waiting to hear back so I filled it in myself for them to tell me I there not giving me a loan coz I dont have enough even though I've had a loan 2 times with them before place is an absolute joke had I got help to fill out the form I would have filled it out right!!

So I've been a customer of urs for sometime now and have been delighted with service until recently. My agent has been great. However I am trying to start up on my own which is hard task especially with way things are..I have had several msgs stating I have paid loan n to contact agent..I did yet once I handed all info..there was issue with written invoices??are u kidding me?? I no numerous companies who do this...u want printed invoices..in my line of work..its not always possible.av never had issues with u before...n its actuallyquite concerning ..its been about a month now that ur regional manager knows bout this situation n I'm considering goin elsewhere .. n if I do then I wouldn't be recommending anyone to go with you if this is the service u get...shame

Edit: company owned me straight away to apologise and take my number off their system. It seems their customer gave them a wrong number or someone put it down wrong.I have had a lot of scammers trying to steal from me recently (even supposed legitimate company) that my initial reaction was this was the same. My apologies. Giving you more stars for swift actions.Not had anything to do with this company nor any loans yet recieved a text stating they couldn't take a direct debit due. I've had to Google to find out who they are. Scammers trying to get your bank details! Don't be fooled by them! Don't use this company!

I was with this company since 2019 never missed a payment then 1 day I applied to renew a loan & got told no. My credit report was blamed my credit report which was the same in 2019 but they also changed their online portal which is the worst no info.on it just enough to let you make a payment. You are not rewarded for being a good customer & I will not use them again. Only shining light was my agent she was as helpful as she could be & felt terrible because of course they make the agents deliver the bad news!!!
