Shawn has been great to deal with and very helpful and pragmatic when helping us decide how to update all the windows / glass in our home. He is always really responsive and friendly to communicate with and the install process has been quick and tidy. Prices are really fair too. Would 100% recommend!

Shawn and his team did an amazing job, we had a complete front door and surrounding glass panels replaced and are extremely pleased with finished job. Rang one afternoon and replacement hinges were fitted by 10:45 the next morning. Fanastic service and very competitive price - a third cheaper than another quote received!Would definitely recommend.

This company is brilliant! Shawn has stepped in when I was let down by disreputble roofers, left with an emergency sitation and well out-of-pocket. He and his team have done a wonderful job to find the source of the problem, organise the job and repair my roof. Their service was quick, clean, high quality and reasonably priced. Shawn and his team arranged scaffolding, roofers, (who even came at the weekend) and brickies to cut out and replace old mortar to the coping stones and apply additional sealant to ensure the roof was well sealed and protected. Shawn provided me with photos of the repair detailing what had been done, stage by stage. I could not have been more impressed at their professionalism and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for any job I need doing (they do much more than glazing!) and I am very comfortable recommending them to others. 5 star job - 5 star company!

Shawn popped round within 24hours to measure up for the replacement glazing. The glass was delivered and fitted within a few days. Excellent service from SR GLAZING, highly recommend them!

Fantastic work by fantastic people! Installing damp-proof coursing and painting over damage caused by damp and mould. The work was efficient and well-handled!

Not a good experience. Mr Rowell assured us he could repair one of our conservatory roof panels. It took him 4 attempts and just when he left and we had paid him, a week later we had rain storms and the roof panel was leaking badly. He offered to contribute to the remedial work, we were not confident in him touching our conservatory again. It has taken us weeks to find someone capable of doing the job and we have paid said glazer. In contacting Mr Rowell, he is completely ignoring us so it would appear he has gone back on his word. It was obvious he was struggling with the job and despite me asking him if it was something he could do, he reassured me he could. Will never ever use his services again. He has taken a lot of money from and did not successfully complete the job he was contracted to do.
