They answered all of my questions promptly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ayisha, Claire, Annabelle & the whole team at Bourne have excelled at finding us a tenant & managing the rental of our Townhouse in Bordon. In one week of viewings we got 4 acceptable offers. They handled a couple of repairs very quickly & efficiently. We get a great end of year financial summary.

I would give this estate agent 0 stars. They have no understanding of how their actions and lack of transparency affects their customers. I felt bullied, disrespected and lied to for my 5 month ordeal in purchasing a home with them. And then to be told that they are putting the home back on the market. I have fed back to this estate agent as a whole and had no apology but instead was made to feel as if I was in the wrong for not using their recommended solicitor. Shame on them as they truly failed to understand how much this has affected me and my mental health. I don’t want to name and shame who this agent was , but she knows who she is. Bourne in my eyes is all about business and a lack of empathy. Disgraceful and be warned!

I have currently sold and purchased through Bourne estate agents in Alton. I have previously used Bourne in the past and like always their customer service and efficiency is fantastic. My local estate agent was Roanna Ferne who I would highly recommend to anyone. Roanna went above and beyond to ensure that the sale and purchase of my properties went through in quick succession. Roanna was always there to answer any questions that we didn’t understand and always updated us on the process as well as working around myself and my partners working hours to make sure we could view properties with ease. I will be definitely using Bourne in the future and as stated previously would recommend Bourne and Roanna to anyone that is looking to sell or buy on the market.

We purchased our new house through the Alton branch. Gemma was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. She was always available, extremely hardworking and caring. We have nothing but praise for the team at Alton. We would thoroughly recommend the team at the Alton branch. Ayisha and her lettings team at Bourne Alton are outstanding. Ayisha has managed my Alton rental properties for years. She is always a pleasure to deal with, and nothing is too much trouble. I always have full faith that good tenants will be found for my properties, and Ayisha keeps me well informed during the process. Once the houses are let, I can be fully confident that both the houses and tenants will be well looked after by the Alton lettings team.

My partner and I have rented 2 properties through Bourne. Both experiences have been very simple and the members of staff that we have engaged with have been fantastic. I have never been a fan of Estate Agents until I met Gemma from Bourne. She has been absolutely fantastic buying and selling for us.
