Lou is an amazing PT she strives to get you to your goal. It is hard to meet genuine individuals who are actually passionate about their journey through training.However Lou knows A to Z about the hardships and what you have to go through in order to get to where you want in your fitness journey.Also as a female trainer, she can understand and educate you how fitness can help you physically and mentally, especially after children.What really amazes me is that she is open and shares her story of what she went through her training journey. So you are able to understand that training is not easy and you do have to work hard.I 100% recommend Lou, she is very motivating and knows exactly how to keep you going when you feel like you can't do anymore.I'm so glad to have met such a positive trainer to help me through my journey, and all in all Lou is an amazing individual. I leave each session with a massive smile on my face and a sense of achievement. Knowing I'm getting closer to my goal in fitness.I definitely recommend her she is a legend!!

I trained before without being consistent and the results were not there. Since starting working with Louise training is something I look forward to every week and my body and mind shows the results. The sessions are enjoyable and very efficient. She is friendly, kind and she knows everything about fittness and nutrition. Just feeling lucky to have found her.

I can’t recommend Lou more! She is a great PT; she has always made me feel at ease whilst helping me to achieve my goals. I enjoy my sessions immensely and have gotten so much from my time with Louise :) 10/10

Lou is motivating , positive and knowledgable about fitness and health. Every session has a range of exercises and equipment which keeps the training interesting and diverse.After only a few weeks I could notice the difference in my shape and my mental health and confidence was also improving.Her sessions are affordable to everyday people and well worth the money. If you have the opportunity then I’d definitely recommend signing up for a session.

I've been training with Louise for the past five months, and I can confidently say - It has been a transformative experience. I am happy with the results that I've achieved under her guidance. Not only I've reached my initial fitness goals, but i have also gained strength, improved my endurance, and developed a better understanding of overall wellness.She is always flexible and accomodating when it comes to scheduling our sessions. I wholeheartedly recommend Louise to others. Her passion for fitness and genuine concern for her clients' well-being make her an outstanding professional.

I started training with Lou about a year ago and in that time my strength and confidence have gone up massively thanks to her friendly and motivating style. She’s so supportive and makes you feel instantly at ease, taking away any worries you might have about weight training, whatever your experience level. Highly recommend working with her!

I can't recommend Louise enough as a PT! She has the perfect balance of allowing me to train at my own pace, but still pushing me so that I can achieve my goals. I am so happy with the progress I have made during my first year training with Lou, both physically and mentally. Lou provides a safe space to train and talk, and she has such expert knowledge on all things fitness. I am so lucky that I found her!

I love training with Lou. She makes every session fun and she really knows her stuff when it comes to strength training and nutrition. Her massages are also awesome!I’d been looking for a PT for a while and I’m so glad I found Lou!
