I had an appointment in the Chester clinic with Lauren, she was so helpful! She explained all of the paperwork I needed to travel and all the processes for the tests. It’s certainly a great service and takes away the stress of it all so we could relax and know we were following the rules!! Would definitely recommend

Don't be fooled by all the fake reviews with 5 stars, check the number of reviews given if you want to know how legitimate a reviewer is.Blindspot Global failed to provide day 2 and 8 tests to me and my girlfriend, who live separately. That's 4 failed deliveries out of 4. We were lied to multiple times, being told daily they are on the way but nothing was received. When the tests were finally delivered (about day 12) they were clearly rebranded with Blindspot Global stickers over another brand. I truly felt like this was a scam and we lost our money for nothing. I believe they have now been pulled from the NHS recommended testing companies list, which speaks wonders for their services".However

Ordered 2 fit to flys for my trip to Thailand last month, thought it would take a while due to the Christmas post but the tests arrived and results were back all within 3 days. Brilliant service. Will be recommending blind spot global to friend and family

DO NOT use this company for COVID related testing kits. Still in quarantine as our day 5 (test to release) kits have not arrived for the second day in a row which means we will only get our results on day eight (if our kits actually arrive tomorrow). No answer from their phone, no email regarding the issue. Just unprofessional and unreliable. Wish we opted for another company to supply the testing.Once again DO NOT use this company. A waste of money and Im sure a refund from them is unlikely.Incredibly disappointed as we should be with family right now.

I was forced to book a 2 day test to return to the UK in order to pick up my items in storage (I no longer live there!), despite arriving and leaving on the same day. I explained when ordering a test through this company that I didn't require it, not did they need to send it anywhere as I was only going to be in the UK for 10 hours. They point blank refused to provide any level of refund, despite not providing any service at all. Disgusting company that takes people's money for the sake of it. Shame on you for making money out of this situation. At the very least you could have offered some form of reimbursement for doing jack all! Criminal!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was preparing to travel to the USA with my partner and young son and in error booked the £90 same day PCR test for us all. Only 2 days before the booking, I realised my mistake and called to see if anything could be done. Without question, my £270 was immediately refunded, and whilst on the phone I was guided through the correct test booking which only cost a total of £60!! The tests were carried out professionally with my 7 year old son put at ease throughout. I wouldn't hesitate in recommended you and cannot thank you enough for your wonderful customer service. :)

Really poor customer service and professionalism. I bought my test on the 15th of June to be delivered on the 19th of June so that I could do my day 2 test. Today it’s the 16th of august and still waiting for my refund. Have sent more than 11 emails requesting a refund as I had to get my day 2 test elsewhere and on all responses says to wait 3 to 5 working days but nothing ever happens. I understand that there’s a large volume of enquiries to deal with but that’s not the customer fault - if you can’t provide the service then cancel the order and refund the money so that customers can look elsewhere

They sold me tests promising me that they'd ship my test the next day. They still haven't shipped it a week later and they keep accusing me of not reading all the contradicting information on their website.They just keep blaming me for buying something from them which they knew I wouldn't be able to make use of.Once I pointed it out that they have contradicting information on their website they just started ignoring me.Awful experience and the customer service in particular is disgusting as they keep blaming the customer rather than being empathetic.

I used this company for my travel requirements last month. I spoke with Lauren on the phone who talked me through everything I needed to, I received my tests the following day and the results came back to me within 15 hours. Brilliant service all round.

After a last min unplanned and unavoidable trip abroad came up I turned to Blindspot global to help me get the required documentation for my trip - with such a short time period before I was due to fly I was unsure they would be able to accommodate me - I was wrong! they went well beyond what I could have expected and I can’t thank them enough - Lauren you were a life saver thank you so much I 100% recommend this company.
