The gelato was delicious in my opinion. I would order from here again. They also have a couple of dark chocolate options, which I recommend.

Long queues in the Covent garden branch but easier here!Had amazing pistachio with some mango sorbet!Perfect to beat the summer heat!

Probably the best ice-cream / gelato I've tried. The selection is fairly limited but without any doubt warranted by the outstanding quality of the ice-cream served at Venchi. The chocolate selection is also impressive and with a variety of tastes to try.

Very creamy gelato! The extra dark chocolate flavour, Cremino, and Gianduiotto flavours were incredible! Just the right amount of sweetness and the perfect portion too. The milk or dark chocolate piece on top is the perfect touch

The gelato is amazing here and the service is superb! I highly recommend coming here. There chocolate looks so good, but did not try it on this trip.

I love this chain. Best gelato outside of Italy. I get the Azteco which is dark chocolate (and vegan). You get two scoops in the small cone and three in the regular and can mix and match. Then you also get to choose either a dark or milk chocolate coin for the top!I joined the VIP club and the chap serving us was so lovely. He said to validate asap and then I could get a free chocolate bar right away.
