Location is amazing. Amazing views. Owners are very nice and helpful.Breakfast is freshly cooked with homemade bread. Room was super big, lovely and comfortable

Beautiful place, amazing hosts, great night sleep, lovely breakfast. The house is beautifully kept and the surroundings are gorgeous. Sally and Simon were the loveliest hosts and made us feel very welcome with our one year old. Would love to go back.

Don’t often leave reviews but this place deserves it! Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and immaculate en suites. TV’s in rooms have Netflix and YouTube app’s which is a nice touch. Sally and Simon are lovely and breakfast was delicious!! Stay away with work at least a couple times a week and this is by far my favourite bnb so far! Very beautiful too!

Just so beautiful and amazing place .. friendly warm people.i didn't want to go home.all I will say is wow..sat eating a full breakfast looking out over feilds and diff types of birds and the veiws are just so beautiful ..loved our room with a view all rooms had a view..very welcoming .10 out of 10..Dawn and Shaun

Had to travel to Cumbria and used Greenbank as an overnight stay on way up from London. Easy to access from M6 at lovely rural location.Room was nicely sized, nicely furnished with good quality, had good en-suite incl bath and was spotlessly clean. Owners were welcoming and friendly and provided top notch breakfast with great views over local fells. Great service all round, thank you Recommended!!

It is situated in an idyllic countryside with wonderful views all around. The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was generous and delicious. The safety measures they have placed made us feel very safe.

Our second visit here and definitely not disappointed. Sally and Simon make you feel so welcome. The rooms are high spec and comfortable. There are so many little thoughtful touches; bottled water, biscuits, extra blankets, lovely smelling shower gel and moisturiser... plus the usual comforts of tv, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, tea and coffee. The views are spectacular and the breakfast is your own choice from a large selection, all freshly prepared. It really is very good value for money. So glad we could come back.Kate and Charles.
