Just finished a six week course with George and would fully recommend his services. His PT instruction was first class, the exercises were varied. The sessions passed very quickly and were motivating. Easy to arrange suitable days/times and there was the benefit of extra nutritional coaching.

Awesome personal trainer! He really helped me get to where I wanted to be. He is easy to get along with, very knowledgeable in the field of fitness with modern training methods. He helped me become more fit for the sport that I play by making the training more specific to the sport. After 2/3 months I went to play my sport in New Zealand. He carried on training me through his online service and it was super smooth. Even though the time difference is big he was still able to answer my questions instantly.
