Great place to stay in Birmingham. Very convenient. The hotel is slightly showing it's age but the views are quite nice.Breakfast was good but the scrambled egg was a bit odd. Great selection. Plugs are near the TV but not by the bed but there are plenty of USB A ports

We were pleasantly surprised about how great our stay was at the Radisson Blu in Birmingham. It had a great location with a 5 minute walk to the Bullring. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had a big variety… lots of nice touches. We would definitely stay here again.

Our 3rd stay. Amazing staff, very professional and helpful.Rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment.Great breakfast with one of the biggest selections I have ever seen.The location is definitely 5 stars.Ice machine just outside our room, view from 18th floor was also amazing.

I attended a seminar here. I didn't stay in a room. The Seminar Room was spacious, clean and soundproofed from outside noise. The food was absolutely excellent, with the Dining Hall the same as the Seminar Room, very clean and tidy. The building is lovely, and the staff approachable and friendly.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is well located, being close to New Street station and the Chinese quarter (literally over the road). There was a good selection at breakfast and there were plenty of tables. The room was Ok, but a bit tired...the air con wouldn't cool down enough for me and turned itself off after 20 mins or so. The TV was a bit flaky. The speaker didn't work in the bathroom. And who needs a phone next to the toilet!?! But the bed was comfy, curtains kept the room dark and the shower was very powerful. I was on the 5th floor, and could see quite a bit of the city. I'd stay here again.

Not a great hotel unfortunately. Staff are lovely and friendly however room was awful.Lots of things broken in the room, view is poor, fridge doesn't work, air conditioning doesn't work, it's very dated with an extremely soft bed.Restaurant food is not very good and definitely not worth paying for. Will stick to Hilton in future or pay half the price for a budget hotel.Breakfast was actually very good with plenty of options.Parking is inside the train station so a bit of a walk

The reception staff here are engaged, happy and good at what they do. Restaurant staff are alert and responsive. I think the people make the hotel, you can stay at a brilliant hotel but if the staff are slow, or worse, your trip is spoiled. So, along with an iconic building, this was the most enjoyable overnight.

Great hotel, the room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows and very clean, bathroom was ok a little dated but clean and functional. Nice selection of hot drinks for free in the room, as well as some free bottles of water which is appreciated.The breakfast was great also, lots to choose from.The location near some fantastic Oriental restaurants was great, I really enjoyed my evening meal near the restaurant.10/10 would stay again!

Great hotel, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were a group of 16 with lots of children and they made our stay so comfortable.Reception was amazing, I was leaving the hotel hotel in the rain and someone ran after me and offered me an umbrella.It was so kind.I would definitely recommend.Great location too.

We were very, very happy with the service from all the staff, who were very attentive, and when my girlfriend's daughter was sent an unexpected birthday card from the management and some strawberries coated in chocolate, that was very special and a complete surprise! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean.
