The Range, Great Yarmouth

A decent range of products and good Christmas selection.However, the shop is really dirty and the floors look like they have not even been swept for weeks, let alone mopped or machine-cleaned. The sloping edges as you go up the stairs are also thick with dust and fluff.Really lets the shop down badly....

I just had the most frustrating experience in this store.Wanted to return some items, the cashier called “Linda” had no idea she was doing. She looked and looked at the receipt and said I had to return items to the store where I bought it from. I asked why, she said the barcode wasn’t matching the receipt. I tried to explain to that all items were on the receipt but she wouldn’t listen. She told me again to take it back to store where I bought it from as she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager then cashier asked what for.? ErrrEventually she started to listen to what I was trying to say and then we got it sorted. It was painful and frustrating the woman had no clue, there was no sorry or thank you from her, disgraceful customer service.

Good selection but sometimes the store can look unkempt....staff are good.

If you've ever been in a Range store, then it's pretty much the same. Has a wide range of items from crafting to camping, plus so much more. Pleasant and friendly staff.
