We arrived here 5 minutes before closing time with a flat tire, even though they didn’t have the right size they went out of their way to arrange for it to be done the day after and then a taxi into town, despite it being so late. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Truly appalling customer service , was told we needed 2 tires when only 1 was damaged . Was then proceeded to be told to take our custom elsewhere if we didn't like it . Was told I had a bad attitude when checking internet prices by a very rude mechanic . Avoid this place .

Absolutely amazing!!Before I was introduced to Aldridges, I contacted a couple of other local garages who never got back to me despite phoning or using their online systems..Aldridges from day 1 couldn't do enough for us. Their response time was impeccable and their work, pricing and timing is outstanding.The lady who booked in our car and got the ball rolling was an absolute delight to talk to.Highly recommended! ✨✨✨✨✨I will be introducing them to a colleague at work because I know she won't be disappointed.

Excellent service from James & Aldridge.While passing through Bude on route to our family holiday we had a puncture while down a single lane country road. Some friendly locals gave us the contact number for this garage and the service was absolutely outstanding. From the initial phone call, to being recovered, having a new tyre fitted and sent on our way was a total of 1 hour 15 minutes. What started off as a pretty stressful issue was resolved so quickly and efficiently it really saved our family holiday from being a disaster. All the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly and the final bill was a LOT cheaper than I thought it may be. I can't recommend this garage highly enough.
