Two weeks ago prawns weren’t cleaned properly, to be fair offered me credit and the prawns are lovely however I ordered soft noodles 3.50 they are cold and hard and sorry but won’t be back!

Food due for delivery between 7pm and 7.20pm, called twice and told on way, then informed that car had broken down and was being resent, 1hr later and still not here. Absolute disgrace, be truthful about delivery time and customers will decide if willing to wait. Will definitely not use again.

Had to wait an hour+ for delivery, ordered a special chow mein. I have never had broccoli, potato and other vegetables in a special, it's usually, beef, pork, prawns n chicken, oh I did get 3 slices of chicken. Will NEVER buy fro this place again, shambles of a takeaway.

The food here is fab...use this take away regularly....only 1 complaintWay too much salt on everything I have ordered.I like salt on my food,but the chef really needs to lay off the salt abit.Even my order tonight was so salty it went in the bin...disappointed.

Our new local and we've ordered quite a few times and the food was exceptional every time we ordered. Very generous for giving us prawncrackers when we order.. the best Chinese in East kilbride by far. Well done. We will be back lol

Love the Lantern. Great value, girls always really cheerful and accommodating. The salt & pepper potato balls are amazing and so are the battered salt & pepper chips - but the latter aren’t always available. Make them available every day, please ! Great value, huge portions, fast delivery or collection, and they give free prawn crackers or other little things free, especially when you’re a loyal customer and go a lot. I love the lantern.

Food was nice, cost time called them and was delivered quick. No issues with chinese food order at all except i asked for a milder curry sauce taste, was almost just water, next time ill stick to the normal curry sauce mix i think.

Haven’t used this place in a while because the last meal we had it wasn’t nice. I ordered a chicken Szechuan and it had to be binned, the chicken was absolutely disgusting, it was hard and had more mushrooms in it that Tesco. Won’t use this place again.
