From my first visit to Harwoods Jaguar I received excellent service . The sales executive Paul Walter arranged a test dive of the FPace model very quickly. He then took the details of the car we wanted and said he would search for one and get back to me. We went on holiday and thought we would never hear from him again! Four days later we received and email with the exact specification we were looking for. The deal was completed seamlessly including Paul organising swapping my personalised number plate. The best part has been post sales whenever I could not remember how to use a feature he just said come on in and I'll go through it with you. Top class.Ken Symons

I can only praise the service I received today from Harwoods Jaguar Chichester.As agreed they collected my F type at 9am and returned it at 4pm, serviced, valeted, and minor problems sorted, and in hand. Well done to all the Guys at Chichester

Booked my car a month in advance for a same day service. It got till 4 o'clock and still hadn't heard anything so I phoned them up and they said my car was just going in and wouldn't be able to collect till tomorrow. This was frustrating as I had already arranged transport.My car still wasn't ready in the morning and hadn't been serviced yet. I was able to collect my car at 1 the following day and I had to chase up the status of my car. When I asked about why it was delayed they said they would give me a call the following day when the person managing my service was back but I never got a call.When I next took my car out I noticed a crunching sound when doing a full wheel lock. After taking a look the panel under my engine was hanging off. This isn't something I would expect to see just after a service at a main dealership....I had to spend a fortune on taxis all week to get to and from work until my car could be seen.It was reattached at no additional cost but I no longer trust the customer service, getting my car seen on time or any of the work carried out as my car was not left in a safe state.Strongly avoid, very disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! TERRIBLE!! NO STARS!!Terrible experience from this place. Constant lies and terrible customer service. Had 3 litres of water in the boot with damaged electrics, was told on first visit that their experienced technicians had looked for hours but couldn't find a leak.Second visit was told that the leak had been found within 30mins and it's a common problem! 50mm of sealant and two new plastic vents - £466, on top of the £2500 for the damaged electrics.Third visit, to get the work done, price had gone up to £3600, when i complained and said what the hell is going on, the lady reduced it instantly back to £3K and said 'we can do it for that'!!Every visit was painful. The car at one point was returned to me with the boot completely empty (shell with all wiring and battery etc exposed) and our belongings left on the workshop floor for the weekend.It was just a terrible experience. I felt ripped off and lied to. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Another person came in whilst i was in there, complaining about all the same sort of things. I wasn't surprised by that point. We had all the face to face 'I'm going to call you and make this right' but nothing came of it. They will tell you want they want you to hear and rip you off.BE WARNED.Don't bother responding to this Harwoods, I'm hoping to never deal with you again.

Great experience at Harwoods picking up our new Jaguar. Jake was so helpful and thorough in going through all the paperwork and the car features and nothing was too much trouble for either him or Dan the sales manager who was also around to make sure we were completely happy before driving away. We have bought several cars from Harwoods and had them serviced there over the past 15 years and always had good professional service.

Thanks to Jake at Harwood Jaguar Chichester for such wonderful 5 star+ service. I recently purchased a Jaguar F pace over phone. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jake. He wasn't a pushy sales person at all. Very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Reassuringly so that I purchased without seeing the car from over 300 miles away! My Jaguar XF had developed a problem with the gearbox which was then recovered to Harwoods, they helped me as best as they could considering I didn't purchase my Jag from here, but the level of service I received I felt like I had been a lifelong customer.The whole dealership was gearing up for Black Friday hence nearly the whole Jaguar range in black was installed in the show room my favourite being the XJ front and centre.

An amazing dealership from the sales experience, great discounts via carwow, unbelievable back office service team, front desk and especially the workshop. Thank you for being the best retail experience of the year two years running. Poppy.
