I have been seeing Wren since the beginning of the year. Wrens knowledge approach and attention to detail hasn’t gone unnoticed by me. She delivers a thoroughly professional service which has allowed me to improve both my mobility and recovery. Wrens passion also shines through and who’d have thought acupuncture would have had such a big impact on a stubbornly stiff shoulder. I’ve been nursing the for a number of years. I cannot recommend her enough and she also plays great music! What more could anyone want?

As a competitive Powerlifter, I often have niggles in my shoulder, pecs and lower back which can prevent me from lifting at my very best. I’ve been to see Ren 3 times for a sports massage and each during each visit she has been managed to ease any soreness as well as pinpointing problem areas that I had previously not realised were tight. Additionally, Ren would always provide exercises and specific stretches to help with muscle maintenance.Ren is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly- I would highly recommend!

I’ve been to see Ren for a few sports massages now. She’s really attentive and knowledgable and I always walk out feeling amazing. I have even been able to do an exercise at the gym properly, which I’ve never been able to do, after she identified an issue with my shoulders. Plus she always plays great music!
