Prices are standard... Nice and clean...Hand sanitiser at the entrance with cleaning cloths for the trolleys and basket handles.Must wear a mask inside the TESCO Stores...Staff are on hand to help with any questions you may have...No waiting at the door...Not too busy in the store...You can easily get your order from TESCO online as well as store...

The shop itself is lovely. Bit small but it’s only a metro store.The people outside it on the other hand can be quite questionable. Nethergate has a security guard and most of the time I’ll just see him stand around outside vaping and not doing much, but then on the other hand there has been times where I go in and he’s filling shelf’s so maybe he is selectively choosing what he needs or wants to do. (He could maybe stop all the arguments outside the shop but hey ho)The self serve machines are brilliant and I’ve personally had no issues but a thing worth noting is that none of them accept cash.Range of different products which clubcard prices also.I think the prices of items in this store is hiked up a wee bit because it’s mainly used by students which is unfair but I guess it’s business.

The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. Its right next to the bus stop which is handy. for being limited in size it seems to stock a great selection. Only real down side are the pillars, but I guess they are useful in keeping the ceiling up! Has a cash machine at the entrance which is useful.

Customer service was shocking, security man chased and followed my Partner and I through the shop, claimed it was because we were breaking social distancing rule and could only shop separately but continued to be right in my face and was pretty much touching customers when walking past. Never had a good experience in that shop

Good service, staff are friendly, surfaces are cleaned regularly and no empty shelves. This store is wheelchair accessible but not for parking, it is next to all major bus routes in the heart of the city. It's not a 24 hour store but stays open into the evening. It sells all sorts of stuff but if your looking for a main weekly shop I'd recommend going to a bigger Tesco store that will have much more variety of stuff for your weekly shopping. This store takes cash and credit cards and high street gift cards.

Lovely workers, security isn't too imposing and generally friendly, also, went in there today and they gave me a box of matchmakers(Maple and pecan) because I'm in there all the time in my kilt(Which I neglected to wear today cause it's balls to the wall freezing outside), was pretty taken aback.I'm not that used to gestures from people out of the kindness of their heart or anything, but that was real nice, thanks to everyone over there, I hope you all have a lovely Christmas, I may not know all of your names or anything, but I know enough to know you're all a friendly bunch!
