Took both my electric cycles in for servicing at FAB Cycle Services. They have come back like brand new bikes. Brakes and gears running smoothly once again. Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Top job. Thank you!

Great operation, exactly what you would hope for in a local, independent bike shop. I booked in for a late notice service and they were really accommodating and helpful. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and competent and took the stress out of what might otherwise have become a crisis! Highly recommended, I will definitely be using them again.

Superb venue for cyclists.High-end advice, very quick service - and the tidiest workshop I have ever seen!

Maybe I was unlucky as all other reviews are good. Which is why I went there. However, I Took my Trek Emonda in for handlebar replacement and gear indexing. When I got the bike home I took it up and down the road to test it. Needless to say the indexing was worse than when I took it in. Front derailleur scratching against the chain and was not shifting into the lower cog on rear cassette. The smoothness of gear changing was gone and was clunky. The finishing on the handlebar tape looked messy. The staff are a nice bunch of friendly fellas and I have had a phone call with them today. They apologised and offered to re-do any work I needed. Unfortunately due to my own time constraints and needing the bike the following day I had to source another mechanic early in the morning. They stated that they would have urgently completed any work I needed, however due to my schedule and other factors It wouldn’t have been possible and that’s through no fault of them.So a great customer service and follow up from then and if I had the time I would have gone back

Stopped on my ride at Fab Cycles as my gears were malfunctioning. My intention was to book the bike in for a check up, but they said bring it in and we’ll look at it now. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then refused to take any payment..! Really grateful to them for their exemplary service. I have used them for two times before and I won’t hesitate in using them in the future ( and paying of course!)

Need to get my girlfriends tyres fixed. The team were really friendly, knowledgeable and got them fixed quickly. They advised me of some repairs I would require soon. I would recommend this business.

Having tried numerous Cycle shops over the years with mixed results I decided to use Fab Cycles as I needed to repay them for handing me a Banana to eat on a recent ride. What fantastic service I received from friendly staff. I dropped my bike in without booking an appointment for a gear service and the work was completed very promptly and I feel for a competitive price. The Assistant in the shop was friendly and very helpful the shop is tidy and welcoming. I received good communication regarding the work progress and completion, and it was a pleasant surprise to receive the bike back spotlessly clean. A long test ride on the day of collecting it reassured me of the quality of the work.I will certainly use Fab again and recommend you do so.

A fantastic place, with great people.I had my bike serviced at FAB Cycles and when it was returned to me, it looked brand new!The chain and cassette had been decreased, cleaned & relubricated and the whole bike had been cleaned.Great guys and very reasonably priced.

FAB serviced and cleaned my Gravel bike after a gruelling four day tour. Machine is now spotless. Brake issue fixed, bar tape replaced and a brilliant suggested tweak on my stem to give me a little bit more height on the bars resulting in a more comfortable ride. Complementary water bottles a nice touch to.
