Aweful service. I needed to get a house key copy made and I had to go back twice as it didn't work. The third time I went to get my money back as it still didn't work and I had wasted too much time on it. The guy was rude and couldn't care less. I won't go back.

Wanted two sets of house keys cutting and Toby got straight on it. Less than 10 minutes later the keys were ready. Tested them and as good as the originals.

Richard in the Darlington Sainsburys Timpsons store worked wonders with a (fairly expensive) leather bag I took in with a seriously frustrating extending strap with buckle. He swiftly calculated how to shorten a complex strap arrangement, removing/inserting rivets, preventing the buckle from sliding and maintaining the bag's aesthetics. Am delighted with the result. Richard was also incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and charming. Would definitely visit this store again.

Sealed & soldered watch battery. Dealer wanted £300+. Richard at Darlington did it for £32. What a man, what a company.
