I have been in store a few times with my partner looking for a new sofa, both times we've had excellent service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the first lady that helped us but on the second visit we were helped by Richard. Richard was fantastic, friendly and gave us all the information we needed and asked for. Richard made ordering our sofa really easy and gave us different finance options to consider.I often find in similar stores that staff can be pushy and pressure you into buying things but we didn't feel this was the case at all here.We're looking forward to our new sofa arriving!

I would give negative ratings if I could.We had a terrible experience with the customer service. They have not instructed the delivery guys how to deliver and install the sofa and they almost broke our main door. We had to guide them how to fix the sofa. However they managed to leave scratches to the leather which we reported back to the store very next day. NCF team said they will fix it but they have sent the piece of leather after 6 months in a black bin bag with no instructions at all. We took it to store and they said they will send someone to fix it who came few weeks later. He doesn’t know why he has to fix the leather and he said he is not the guy who does it. He said he came to fix a broken hinge which was a second problem we reported. Worst part is that he doesn’t know what hinge goes on the sofa and he doesn’t have a spare and he disappeared. By the time one of the recliner wasn’t working properly and we reported that too but the repair guy hasn’t reported it at all. I am 38 week pregnant and so I tried to call in the customer service everyday but they don’t answer the call. Finally I struggled to their store with my big belly and explains everything. They said they will report to head office but when my husband went a week later we got to know they never recorded my visit and my complaint. They are now trying to push to the insurance as it’s over an year. The insurance say that because the issues happened within an year and they are not responsible as the first year is covered by NCF. NCF don’t answer to emails properly and don’t address the questions we ask. I am now in hospital responding to their emails but no action. I have no where to go but paying our direct debit for them. Worst place to buy and never recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, even though the gentleman that sold the furniture was amazing that was the only positive.The courier that they use are horrific!!!! They were told that it was up one flight of stairs and that there would be a dog on the premises, who was put in a separate room for delivery time, everything was written in the email and I was assured that it would be delivered, put together and all packaging taken away.This however did not happen, they showed up and refused to come into the property as apparently the guy had asthma. They then tried to get me to sign and take the item away with them.I have tried to resolve this by speaking to the courier, who told me to contact ncf, they then emailed me to say that nothing can be done as they are allowed to refuse to go in if they think its a health and safety risk!!!!Apparently they contacted their boss and ncf while outside my house, but not once did they make a phone call.I'm absolutely fuming!!!!!!!!!

Bought a king size bed in March, it was delivered damaged, with a big hole in the mattress and covered in oil. I have been waiting over 6 months for either a replacement or refund. I have made several attempts to contact NFC every time being told they are still looking in to it. Non existent customer service, would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience in this store. If you take a minute to scroll down these reviews you can see Emmanuel is a common name. Well it’s because he pressures you to make a review there and then. He cares more about the review than the forms he is filling out. This led to him messing ours up. Meaning it’s been over a month since we purchased the items and we’ve now been told that they will arrive two weeks after they were due. We’ve had to sleep on the floor and sit on the floor all because of Emmanuel. Not happy at all. Would use NCF again…probably. But I will now refuse to be served by Emmanuel. Awful customer experience.
