Little Dessert Shop Worcester

If you're in Worcester and in need of a sweet treat, then definitely stop by the Little Dessert Shop! I had the Twix/Galaxy caramel chocolate cheesecake and my partner had ice cream, and we were both very impressed. Clean, comfortable booths and friendly staff too. Will be back next time we're in the area!

Definitely will be coming again, the food was delicious and the staff are lovely. Huma was very helpful with letting me know what the best dessert was. Had a great time

Had lovely experience. Welcomed by a staff. Staffs were very humble and polite. One of the staff named Badusha helped to take a photo with my daughter. Lady staff was making sure the customer were satisfied with food or not. Even served cute small cup of hot chocolate for my little one, which was free. I have ordered milky cake, which was amazing. I strongly recommend this place specially for kids.

The staff are really friendly and the owner Zara herself is very welcoming and has worked really hard getting this lovely warming place to where it is. The coffee is really good and the desserts are the best I’ve had. Great selection. I’d definitely recommend. Bang on prices for what you get! So clean and so well kept thank you for your lovely custom.

We went to the Worcester store, after a great lunch on my husband's birthday, we were with my father and my babies. My father tried to go to the toilet but they told him that it was out of order, I asked when they would fix it and they told us that they had no idea. The girls' attention was good and the desserts were delicious but it is incredible how a place with tables does not have a working toilet for customers.

A must visit place for dessert lovers! Right in the middle of Worcester, their variety of sweet stuff are super fresh and will not disappoint. The atmosphere is super trendy for the gram .We choose the smaller fondue box with some hot tea to balance our pallets out, but man it was hard to choose between the shakes, cheese cakes, ice creams and waffle/crepe selections.

My self and my daughter visited late one evening, great decor terrible ambience. The guy serving was so polite, however it felt we were in a uni complex as groups of males were walking in and out the whole time hanging around the ordering area. The order did take a long time, and to be honest the picture overkilled what was received. I have read the reviews from other customers and each to their own, for me personally at least try and deliver what's being sold!, and dust the box on the counter ! Maybe because it was later in the evening ingredients were not available wait time times were longer, I'm giving three stars for the server who held it together like a champ !

All style, with no substance…This dessert shop looks incredible on the inside and the decor is great!We walked into an empty restaurant, that was overheated but the welcome felt cold.It’s clear this franchise isn’t going to last long, as it doesn’t have any real character or engagement from the staff.We were given some menus and told to order at the till. The menus were falling apart, held together with postal labels that said please do not rip.After spending time deciding what we wanted to order, getting up to the till, I was told the first dessert wasn’t available to eat in. So I requested to order this as takeout, but to then eat in, the manager was called and then explained the reason it wasn’t available was due to a pricing issue on the till. Which manager and store is unable to either amend prices, or add additional charges to an order, or god forbid they compt’ it for free.We revisited the menu and picked an alternative, then came the drinks order. Again the first drink was unavailable (Spanish Latte) with no real reason given… at this point I wanted to walk out as I felt like I was obvious more of a burden to them. Swapped the drink to a normal latte and waited around 10-15 minutes for the order to be brought out.During that time, the manager and another person decided to sit on the seating area, opening bills, taking phone calls over speaker phone and watching videos on social media.Not a great experience at all, would not visit again and would certainly not recommend you spend any time or money here.
