This is a clean, well maintained petrol station with decent petrol prices in line with the national average. There is a cash machine which has always worked for me. Inside the shop is very well stocked and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this shell petrol station to a friend. The staff are always polite and helpful as well as being friendly

Just went for Diesel, there is two pump where only V Power diesel is availble, no clear signage of this matter , all pumps have same headboards above pumps, you notice difference when price is display on screen

Do not use this petrol station, my 17 year old son who has a scooter is victimised each time he tries to put in fuel. There is one attendant in particular who shows him no respect, which works both ways. I've spoken to the manager and it happens again. Disgusting behaviour by the attendants who work there.

Nice petrol station; always clean and tidy. There is a decent choice of products in the shop and a Costa coffee machine as well.

Car wash is very good to use. Hoover pipe is small to take a lot of rubbish all at once. It would be nice to have the car wash covered so when it rains you dont get wet cleaning your car.

Guy behind the counter is rude to customers and racist on one occasion that I've witnessed.

Sabbir is racist!!!!!!He dragg me off from the que only just me and my friend about 7 pm on Monday. He said first time i have to pay". But just me!!!! The other seven people don't need to pay first like me and when i asking the report book he said haven't got and I want to call his manager but he don't give me his number. This is disgusting!!!!!"

I type this with a very heavy heart but to feel the need to complain in this manner is a last resort for me. Over the past 6 months I have attended this station and each time I leave with the same humiliation and anxiousness just as much as the last. One attendant in particular is extremely rude, he is arrogant and speaks down to me, regardless of the day or time he is consistent with the disrespect and he has even locked the doors on me on multiple occasions when he is alone and no other customers are around, he laughed and refused to pick more than one item for me. I used to attend weekly but these days I go as little as possible. I believe he acts in discrimination against me. So with no reason, explanation or excuse for his behaviour it's the only possible answer I can come up with. I feel embarrassed and belittled every time, he snatched my money this morning and snapped at me when I asked him a question this was in front of another staff member there and another customer. I don't feel well after leaving and when I need to go I shake with anxious anticipation because of him.

A nice place to go if you need essentials or petrol staff pleasant and very curious.

Had the misfortune to fill up here the other night. It was about 11pm On a Saturday. I lifted the pump and waited for it to be activated. After waiting for about a minute I looked over and the attendant pointed at the please pay first sign. I don't mind this system as I understand that drive offs do occur but it should apply to all customers. Everyone else was allowed to fill up and pay after. I wonder why I was picked out? Also this system isn't ideal if you want to fill your tank, as I did, as you don't know how much filling up will cost. Ended up giving £40 deposit then returning with the balance once I filled up. Either apply the pay upfront system to all customers or not at all.
