Chandos Square Car Park

Very difficult and confusing Ringo parking charges/payment procedure unless you already have the Ringo app. Avoid if you can.

Very handy for the bandstand but pricey. Cost £12.20 for 4 and half hours

5 pounds an hour yeah it's close to the beach but What an absolute rip offAvoid if you can.That said we parked in town same charge.Then we parked in town at Folkestone Harbour 3.30 for 3 hours

Nice beach you can walk your dogs on one part of it but I think the parking is very expensive plus paid £2 20 for two cans of coke ?

Yesterday I paid £12.50 for 24 hours . The confirmation I received said I would only be able to park for 15 hours???? A little while later I spoke to your very pleasant CEO 11. Who took a photo of my receipt and confirmed I had 24 hours to park which would take me to 16.15 today 27.5.21.This morning I had a text advising me that my ticket would expire in 10 mins.I added another 30 mins which gave me an extra hour?I am extremely confused as was told by your inspector I could park to 16.15.I have tried to call the number at the top of your text , which states incorrect no????Please can you confirm if I can park till 16.15Car park no Chandon Sq car park Broadstairs

It's a car park. Near the beach.

Not cheap but right on the seafront next to the lift down to the beach.

Pros: Pay with coins (exact money - no change given), by card or use Ringo (Ringo 3851). Good O2 signal if paying by Ringo. Very close to Viking Bay beach, the cliff top promenade, toilets, bandstand, etc. Cons: Small, busy and very expensive. 4 hours here in August 2023 cost £11.60. You can park on the road side for free nearby...well, I say nearby assuming you can find a space. You'll just need to walk a bit further.

Great location for the shops and the beaches. Although you have to go down the stairs to access the beach. The lift isn't open all the time. If you want step access maybe better to Park by Albion Street carpark. Car park has space for about thirty cars and offers all day parking. Have also included car park charges as at July 2020 as they use ring go as their parking app provider
