Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (East End Park)

I visited Genix through NHS 111. They attended to me promptly, within hours, and the dentist, her nurse, and the receptionist were all absolutely lovely. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They prescribed antibiotics, and I will be returning for an extraction in five days. I am extremely grateful for the quick attention I received, and I was highly impressed with their service.

Always a joy visiting Genix East End Park surgery. So clean and tidy and a very calm atmosphere.Prompt friendly service: I need a couple of fillings and a cancellation appointment available later today, so I will be returning again this afternoon, so another lovely visit and twice in one day!

Always had a pleasant experience at Genix (East End Park.) The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's one of the few places I've been able to get NHS appointments. Sometimes it is a wait for an appointment before or after work hours but you can book well in advance so it's not too bad :)

Had to use Genix after calling 111 NHS. The staff were fantastic, from the receptionist to the Dental nurse and the the Dentist themselves. Understanding, quick, and supportive. I only wish I could afford to use them for all my dental care.

I came this morning to your east park Ls9 practice, and I was honestly petrified .The nurse who I saw was so lovely she’s put me at ease and has done a really good job , my teeth still need a lot of work but I feel more confident visiting next time. Just because of her. I didn’t even feel the 4 needles I had to have go inyour whole practice staff were really nice as well.I would say the waiting room need a lick of paint tho

They were very nice calming to me because I'm the most nervous person in the world when it comes to dentist so thank you the team at genix

I had a tooth removed that had a severe fracture. It was complicated as a large part of the tooth remained after extraction.After several attempts Faye advised it maybe best to see a specialist as it was painful to remove. I asked her if we could could try one more time because I didn't want to be in pain all weekend.Faye calmed me down and encouraged me to relax and not get stressed. She worked very hard and slowly checking on me all the time. Although it was painful for a little while, Faye and the team did a fantastic job and made me feel at ease the entire time...I'm very grateful for everything they all did...Thank you Genix.

I've been at this dentists for years but when I went on Tuesday I had the best dentist I've had in my entire life. I hope I can have this dentist everytime I go as he made me feel very reassured and comfortable (this is coming from someone who's terrified of dentist)
