Great service - so quick and helpful - when selling my house

Incompetent in the extreme with little knowledge of British property law. Managed to torpedo a perfectly honest and legitimate property purchase by insinuations of fraudulent money transfers etc. As sellers we benefited from the deal falling through as the house's price has gone up 15% since. However it left the purchaser they were representing out of pocket to the tune of almost £1000 in extended survey fees.According to this pair of solicitors, a property transferred without cash from one party to another, years ago, can apparently never ever be sold because for some odd reason the previous owner and his (in this case non-existent) children can stake a claim, despite not being on the title deed, or having charge on the property etc.
