First time ordering from here, placed order over the phone was told be 15 minutes, got to the shop just after 20 minutes to find out the order had been lost and not prepared, wouldnt mind too much however I was the customer in store, I'm not one for leaving bad reviews hence why I gave it 3 stars as the staff was polite and apologetic but quite disappointed

Customer service not very good; order came wrong and when we queried this we were told that it was our error; we even listened back to the original recording of the order!

Excellent serviceand open in lockdown.Hot, cold food and buffets.. ring and say what and when you want it and its ready. Can also deli er and you can order through delivery.Yo must have a fish finger sandwich from here... ❤ mmmm

Walk into a clean welcoming shop. The staff are lovely and take the time to speak and have a conversation if not too busy. Food is always delicious. Now know what I want as I walk in :)

Polish shop owner must have gone. Expensive salad box 4.50£ with NO meat. Not even filled. Rip off. Potatoes hard with too many black bits in. Very poor
