Hello my mom took out a 2 year contract top of the range Sony Xperia, called into the shop today to give 30 day's notice, first of all they said l can't do it here, phone 191 did that in store spoke to a guy could not get him to understand passed it over to the women in the shop college of hers she explained it to him he still get it, she told him to put on my phone number contact he put the phone down on her took 1 hour to give just 30 day's notice so unprofessional the woman in the shop could see Mr and my elderly mother where haveing problem she didn't even offer to help it was a big women,I've got to phone back on the 27th to get a deal of its not good I'm off to a different company joke it was.

Wanted to charge £30 to activate our new phone and when we refused tried relentlessly to get us to sign up to broadband. He ignored the fact that Open Reach have not even completed the wiring down our road and we still have 9 months of our Virgin media contract to run with a big penalty for cancelling but still kept persisting. Beware!

What can I say about Vodafone, what a fantastic and friendly store. this store is very well located just outside the entrance to the kingfisher shopping centre. the staffing here are amazing so friendly and so helpful if you have any technical queries or need to change your contract. I was kidding considering at some point leaving Vodafone but this store is restored my faith in.
