Very lovely people , did have to wait a bit in the Line but was Understandable because it was rush-hour morning. They were Very understanding and even apologise for waiting I’ve got my food very very quickly and I was out on my way. Was lovely food brilliant food

Lovely up and coming hotel ! Always very clean,staff are awesome, Turkish bath on site is great ! Food was fresh and nice! But WiFi was expensive and at an extra cost

Greggs is Greggs, always decent for the price. Staff here are hit or miss normal staff are decent, the cover staff regularly are on a call with one headphone in, shouting in some unknown language, and seem confused that people might want to actually order things. Asked one for a sausage roll and he genuinely looked annoyed that I had interrupted his phone call.

5 stars to the rest of the staff but this one lady with very short hair and glasses I didn’t catch her name but she’s definitely is in the wrong job her customer service is appalling she’s rude ignorant she really makes you feel like your asking too much when getting the food well hun it’s your job do it with a bloody smile. it really makes you not what to go back there she’s already had a running with a customer because of her stinking attitude he refused to then buy anything she’s like in her 50s acting like a 16 year old grow up love if you don’t like your job then leave because your customer service will not be missed but like I said all other staff seem good but her! It’s a Shame as she lets the whole team down
