I just had my car cleaned from them and they were amazing! In two hours they did a fantastic job my car was cleaner they i have ever seen it. I work with annimals and i own a dog so you can imagine the clean it needed but at the end of the service the car looked brand new! Fantastic service! 100% recommend

I requested an interior shampoo valet on Bark and these guys sent me multiple emails. I checked the 8 reviews they had and thought yep, great. Booked them in. I had 2 small water marks on my seats, an otherwise almost immaculate car but those water marks were really bothering me so I just needed someone to clean the seats up to get rid. Once they had finished they let me have a very quick look but said I must be fast as the scent bomb was in effect and doors must stay shut for a while. After the time limit I checked the car, to their credit it was very clean and smelt lovely. However..When my seats were dry I discovered they had scratched them to bits with their hoover end or whatever they had used to shampoo the seats, they had also faded in colour so they looked older. This is something I will never be able to repair, when I hoover my seats I'm extremely careful of scratching the material as thats irreparable damage. They clearly didn't. I am absolutely heartbroken about what they have done to my seats, this is permanent damaged that I simply can't fix. I sent them an email about how heartbroken I am at the damage they have caused to my car with photos, sure enough they are now ignoring me. Crazy how fast their replies were when they wanted my money. I have paid someone £90 to permanently damage my seats who are now ignoring me with no way of fixing this. I will never trust a valet service again. Awful. I have posted before and after. Do NOT let this company loose on your material seats!!!!

I contacted ASI to valet the interior of a car I had just bought, there were a few areas where mold had started to cover the seats in the front and back. They have done an incredible job and the car looks immaculate! not only has the cold gone, the car smells incredible. Really reasonable price and great communication, I would 100% use again and will recommend them to people I know, thanks again

I was originally happy with the service but the next day when I looked at the interior, all the black varnish or whatever they had used was peeling off revealing all the dirt that was there originally. Also a very bad job of cleaning (apart from the seats) they have also got this black finish up the white interior above the dash damaging my vehicle. After sending them all the proof of what their cleaners had done to my van they told me I signed to accept the job after completed so they will do nothing to resolve the problem. Now this would normally be acceptable if they had not told me to enter the vehicle for half an hour due to chemicals and the varnish only peeling off once fully dried. I feel like I have been scammed and my property vandalised.

I used Asi Car Valeting services a month ago to clean the interior from mold. I was amazed the day after the cleaning my car was amazingly clean. Most importantly the guy uses mold protection and after a month I can confirm a job perfectly done. Not a trace of mold. Thank you I recommend you to friends. If there is someone with such a mold problem in the car, you can trust Asi 100%.
