If I could give less than 1 star I would. Maria and Fred at the till are totally trash when it comes to customer service !!! They were unbelievably rude especially Maria they really need to be sacked!!!! They have upset the wrong person. It got to my turn at the till and after scanning the few things I bought I asked if they had one other item ( showed her the picture). She Then pointed to where it was just down the aisle. Went to pick it up and she refused to attend to me ( I might just add that I’m a black man) she wanted me to start from from the back of the queue. After attending to 2 ppl she rudely told me to go back. She then calls for the other till. In comes Fred , first thing he does is to throw all the items she scanned initially into a basket beneath the till. Then when I protested he started to act rude too. MARIA AND FRED ARE THE WORST!!!!!they need to be lectured about customers service.

The staff are always on the personal phone talking, not paying any attention to customers. If you ask something, it feels like they are being bothered by you. The manager was the rudest ever, no wonder staff there are also not caring. The manager started shouting when asked why products are all mixed up - she was super annoyed and said that it's all our customers" fault. Then she rudely left. Wouldn't want to step back in to this store unfortunately...It's zero stars

As a returning customer I thought I would post a review today. I am again pleased with my eyebrow threading, eyebrow tint and eyelash tint. The staff are always friendly, knowledgable and professional. Eyebrows and eyelashes look perfect. Many thanks.

I recently went back to the store to exchange a malfunctioning item and I am grateful to the very attentive and efficient manner in which the manager handle my issue, I think his name is James. Actually the whole team with whom I interacted provided a great customer service

Maybe I got him on a bad day. Short guy ,blonde hair. Has no idea what customer service is. Have use Eltham store foe years,, love Superdrug own creams etc. Will never set foot in there again. I'm of to boots
