I have used laser industries for a number of projects since moving to Plymouth. I have found them to offer a speedy turnaround time, excellent service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Staff seem to be hired based on their unreliability, unhelpfulness, rudeness, or incompetence, with those lucky enough to posess all of the above qualities promoted to management. Simple jobs take weeks of email chasing and troubleshooting. Don't waste your time - there are dozens of cheaper, friendlier, more competent cutters a short google search away.

Excellent finish product. Barry and his team in production are first class. We send quite complicated folded product designs which require accuracy. As Barry is so on the ball he will feedback any concerns and give advice on improvements before even attempting them. This allows me to learn and for the finished product to be right first time on delivery. Could be a little quicker on quoting but I've seen them getting busier over the last few years and with covid I think they have done a great job.

Excellent company to deal with. Very helpful and product always produced to a high standard.
