Waste many fitters time and money ....don't look after regular fitters and good ones too

Seen these guys advertise for their off cuts, end of line carpets vinyl floors etc on Facebook. Needed to carpet cheaply the hall before I moved. Message them and A lady named Angie replied, i stated size etc I was looking for she stated had lots come down and look. So off I went from canary wharf to Romford. A bit of an travel and I was hoping my journey wouldn't be wasted. And it wasnt. Parked up at the unit, rang the be and a lorry gentleman came I explained who I was and who I spoke to and he was so so helpful. Picked up an excellent carpet and omg such value for money.Highly recommend, they have some high standard carpets etc and the price is amazing. Many thanks I'll be back to kit my new home

My dealings with this company have been exhausting, frustrating and extremely stressful. My shower leaked in my new Bellways home in March, due to no fault of my own but due to Bellways poor plumbing. Due to this leak my bathroom floor was ruined. Bellways tasked this company with fixing the floor, they called me to say there would be a month's wait for the new flooring to be ordered, so I waited. I then booked a days Holiday for the flooring to be replaced in May, however a fitter simply came and stuck down the old flooring within half an hour!! The floor was stained and it was left unsealed! They said in their notes it said I was happy with this rather than new flooring, which I clearly wasnt as you could see the floor was water stained! I then had to pay for someone to come back and replace the floor (once I waited again for the new flooring to be ordered!). I waited another month for a 9am slot (today), only to be called yesterday to say this had to change to 12pm as the mans job had overrun. By 1pm nothing, I called twice to see where the fitter was, and now I have been told the fitter has gone home sick and the earliest they can rebook is the 20th June!!! Absolutely disgusting Customer service I have never dealt with a company so bad. Gobsmacked!
