Food come the chips were stale lack of sauce on the ribs after calling about the problem they didnt not offer to change the food or knock any money off the driver did not have any change and took well over an hour to return with the money after a number of phone calls needless to say we won’t be using again

Disgusting service! Ordered in advance… after one hour I received a text to say due to high demand they have cancelled my order! Fuming!! We order on a regular basis from empire (not cheap) for what we order..won’t be ordering from them ever again! Caused a big row with my husband as I just wanted one day of over Easter due to having chronic pain and arthritis,

Food is always fresh, it tastes good too. But ordered the last 3 times and waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. With us being regular customers we are so disappointed. Being told up to an hour. 1st time 1 hour and 50 minutes, 2nd time 1 hour and 20 minutes and 3rd time (tonight 16/9/23) 1 hour and 50 minutes. We are considering going else where from now on

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered food last night was given over an hour and a half delivery time. Food took ages to come, had to ring multiple times to find out where it had been. Was told they tried to phone me and was then told after they didn’t have my phone number so that was clearly a lie. The food was cold and my time was wasted. And to add to all this the driver then tried to give me abuse because the delivery took longer than it should have. Will not be returning to this terrible take away and I implore others to look for a better option when thinking of ordering from here. I wouldn’t even give it one star if that was an option.

Live this chinese and the food is always good! My only concern is that the delivery driver is extremely rude- I've had multiple encounters with him and all of them are uncomfortable and just... rude.

terrible meal. not authentic. crispy beef was burnt. Any chicken we had was dry. It was stone cold. not even proper chips and there was a serious lack of sauce. I spent 40 quid tonight and it was the worst Chinese I've ever had. Will never come back after that shocking effort!!

Always a nice meal from here, quite a decent price if you don't get delivered from just eat that adds another £5 to your total price. Fried rice, chips and curry sauce deals are a cheaper option. Good portion. Highly recommend this place.

Food is good and reasonably priced for a takeaway. The crispy shredded beef was a little too chewy for my liking. Very tasty though.
