We bought our house through Paul Wright's and mainly dealt with Aaron. We found Aaron very friendly, helpful and patient with our questions as FTBs. I never found him too 'sales-y' and if we asked a question that would be better for our solicitors or surveyor to answer he would say just that and not just fob us off with a made up answer. Overall a good experience dealing with an estate agents for the first time!

Carley and the team are the best in the business. Business together has been brilliant.

Having recently completed on a house purchase with Paul Wright as the selling agent, my partner and I were very impressed with every detail of our dealings with the company. We have just completed our sale with Paul Wright Estate Agents. From the offset David gave us a clear and knowledgeable valuation. He was honest and what we liked the most was his personnel enthusiasm for our house. He then passed us onto Aaron the sales manager, who has been a wonderful point of contact throughout the entire process and kept us up to date and informed throughout. We were pleased to be told that they charge a 1% commission fee and there were no other fees to pay and no contract to sign with them. Therefore at any point if our house was not to sell there would be no charge to us. I would highly recommend this independent company for sales or rentals.

David and the team were very efficient with their tenant finding service. Carley worked hard to find a suitable tenant and everyone in the office were reassuring and made the process easy. The team have inspired confidence and I will be happy repeat any business with them.

Letting agents often get a bad name. Not this one. I try and be a model tenant and not bother them if I don't need to. However, on the rare occasion I need to ask for help or there's an issue with the property, the team at Paul Wright & Co have always been a pleasure to deal with. I'm never made to feel like I'm a pain. I had to contact them 5 minutes before they finished yesterday and there was still care taken to listen and understand the problem and the problem was completely resolved in under 2 hours. Couldn't have asked for better service.
