Good basic hotel with air con. Clean, good firm beds and soft pillows, shower was very weak though. A bit noisy outside of you have the windows open. Very pleasant reception staff.

Better than we had expected. Looks recently refurbished, Room was all set in our arrival with single bed already set up for toddler.Wifi worked well and the TV had good options for streaming.All staff we met had been very welcoming and helpful.Nice full English breakfast too.

Staff were so helpful, we stayed as part of a package with Tartan Travel on a visit to Emmerdale Village. 5 ⭐️. Compliments to your chef as someone in the industry it was highly commendable, 3 course evening meal and a full English in the morning it was hot, it was tasty and to get so many meals out on time was exceptional. Only criticism was the shower, not a power shower but did the job all the same. Would definitely return and recommend.

Rated below 1 for hotel staff. We went down to breakfast it was 9.50am breakfast is served by 10.00am. We waited for someone to come to order for breakfast and no one showed up at that time. The lady came after 10am informing us that the cook would not make breakfast anymore. The service is really not very nice. I also pay attention to the room. Bathroom door very dirty shower dirty toilet very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel, in the process of being refurbished so rooms are immaculate, perfect value for your money. They staff are all very lovely which creates a fantastic overall vibe. This will definitely be my go to hotel when travelling for work

Although a chain hotel, this really had the feel of a family run business. Staff were really helpful, and genuinely seemed happy delivering superb customer service. Food was excellent and served quickly. The rooms were well serviced with customer controlled air conditioning. Good car parking. Should I visit this area again, this hotel would be my first choice. Excellent srandsrd.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious although did need housekeeping on a couple of the days when it wasn't done. The staff were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you when asked. The location was good for us in-between areas we needed to go. The hotel has recently been renovated so looked good. It was a good stay.
