Couldn't of asked for a better send off for my daughter ANNE-MARIE...was perfect ..thank you to Ian the funeral director and all the other people there ...so friendly n caring and they really do care ....xxx

Crake & Mallon did both my father's and mother's funerals within twelve weeks fantastic staff very understanding they did everything for me especially Chris.

I would just like to say how professional the team at Crake and Mallon was, my dad recently passed and they gave him the dignity that is needed. The team was compassionate from the beginning to the end. Nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to the receptionists, all the team and also Neil Robinson who was our funeral director. Neil was on the phone keeping me up updated on the next stages as we moved forward.If you want a first class service then these are the people i would be going back to as they can be trusted 100% in the work that they do.

I would like to thank on behalf of myself and my family sincere thanks to all the staff at Crake & Mallon Funeral Services for their outstanding services when my husband Derek died, they made a harrowing time bearable from my first telephone call to them, they allowed me time at home with him to say a final goodbye and then I spent nearly 2 weeks with him at their funeral home visiting him on a regular basis, their premises were immaculate,the staff superb,and they looked after Derek with care and dedication, he looked wonderful and the funeral service they arranged was superb, I cannot thank them enough.With sincere thanks,LINDA NEWSOME.

Heartfelt thanks to ALL staff who played a part in preparations leading up to and on the day of my precious mother's funeral. The funeral wishes were honoured and respectfully directed by Chris Black, who was both personable and professional throughout; every aspect of the funeral day was PERFECT! Faye prepared my dear mam beautifully and followed 'exacting requirements' re: clothing, jewellery, make-up/ nails. Mam's hairdresser was given access to style her hair. On visiting the private Chapel of Rest daily Debbie, Emma and Megan were so kind and fully supported me at each stage. Appreciated Debbie's help to finalise the 'Order of Service' design layout. Enjoyed my chats with Louise too. First-class teamwork.

I would like to thank Chris and his team for the care and dignity they gave to my husband Les on his recent passing , and the care and devotion they gave us as a family you are a fantastic team looking after us at a terrible traumatic time words arnt enough to show how grateful we all are.Once again thankyou so much Chris

I would like to thank all the team at Crake and Mallon for making the worst possible thing a beautiful experience. From beginning to end they helped me give my dad the best care, and the best send off, this was the first time I’ve had to do something like this and Lee Crawford was amazing, he exceeded expectations and I couldn’t thank him enough for being there to listen to problems I had with family, and to talk me through everything properly and professionally so I understood what the next steps were into my dads final send off, and they really are the absolute best.
