Dirty, slow, over-priced. It's about 88 pence per chicken nugget. You have to wait over 25 minutes for them. The place is dirty and messy. The service is almost non-existent. I'd recommend the KFC or Pret next door!

I was not a fan of the Burger King at Leigh Delemare Service Station. We ordered using the self service till which was pretty straight forward and then waited for our order. The service was quite slow and the seating area was not very clean at all. There was food all over the floor, tables that had not been cleared nor wiped down and it just lacked a bit of attention. When we received our food we were missing the Twisted Mayo, we were not told they did not have any Twisted Mayo when we collected our food nor was this unavaible to order at the self service. We went back up to the counter to ask for the Mayo and then we were told they didn’t have any so we were offered a different dip. I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger and I was absolutely horrified when I opened my burger up to find a black curly hair. I was absolutely disgusted and my partner took it straight back to the counter where he spoke to the manager and was told they would make me another one. About a minute later my new burger came out which was a lot better although slightly disappointing as the cheese was not melted and by this point I was already a bit put off by what was in my previous Bacon Double Cheesburger. The Texas BBQ Chicken Meal was nice and the burger was fine but overall I was very disappointed with the service and the restaurant itself

really shocking experience. over 20 minute wait at the drive through and i was the only person in the line. everything in the order was wrong except the drinks. missing items that i had to remind them of, meal/item sizes were wrong and i ordered vegan nuggets which could’ve actually been vegan but seeing as everything else was wrong i didn’t even trust it , and felt horrendously ill after only eating a couple. absolutely rubbish. do yourself a favour and don’t bother.

Why are you making burgers with very stale buns. Absolutely disgusting and even the fries were nasty.I usually enjoy these burgers if nothing much else is on offer but not at this store.

Wish I could put 0 stars.The worst experience I’ve had at ANY Burger KingWaited 20 minutes for food and when I mentioned it I was met with a “no you’ve been waiting 10 minutes” in a horrible tone calling me a liar and proceeded to tell me it’s on the screen when I had a receipt in my hand which said the time I ordered!And to make matters worse the way he spoke to a customer when he asked for ketchup was just awful6:30pm West bound services Leigh delamere

We were there over 40 mins waiting for food, which was cold, wrong order, one wasn't vegetarian but should have been, one burger covered in hot sauce. Lots of people waiting, unhappy, 2 young staff trying to cope and stressed. Customers could hear swearing from the food prep area, and we have to wait 10 mins for a refund. Such a terrible experience and caused us a delay in our onward journey. Nothing good to say about the experience.

THIS IS THE WORST!After waiting over 20 minutes for our food and watching the teenager workers messing around and not cooking, we asked for a refund.It wasn't busy in there so was no reason for it to take so long.The refund took a further 10 minutes to do as the staff was clueless.Today I had a notification from my bank to say they had refunded me the £31.90 I had paid, but they took a further £34 from my bank account somehow.It really is criminal.Whilst there other customers was also unhappy.I'm glad I never ate their food because the staff just didn't give a toss.Avoid them like the plague.

Wanted to leave a review about the staff more than anything. I had added milk and sugar to two cups of hot tea and was wondering how to get this and our burgers to the car as I was struggling with crutches; straight away Eddie Tomlin (the gentleman who served me) with a smile, said he would carry these to my car, above and beyond! So kind, thank you. I recommend you for a rise!

It was inedible, my son ordered a whopper with bacon & cheese plus cheesey bites. The whopper bun was dry & crumbly the bacon wasn't cooked & was mainly fat, the whole thing was soggy & disgusting!!!!
