What can I say! Excellent customer service from Yasmin, Sonia, Ray and Cam. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rails fitted very neatly and the quality of my curtains are beautiful. I had the pinch pleats and they gather so beautifully and sit perfectly. They definitely set my room off!You should be very proud of what you's have achieved as a family run business. Prompt response led to an initial visit and a competitive quote with an early appointment for the fitting. The fitter arrived promptly, did an excellent and very tidy job and we are very pleased with the end result. Excellent all round.

Get all my nets from here , friendly and helpful staff , wide range of nets to choose from.all reasonably pricedJust had my nets for my static look amazing , that my friend wants the same nets for her static , so will making another visit.

A great service all round from everyone i had contact with - Soneya, Yasmin and Ray.Communication was clear and informative, mostly being done on email due to my working hours. An appointment was set to measure up, and then the (extra large bay window) curtain track was fitted less than 2 weeks later. I'm very satisfied with the service and will look to use again. Second time we have used Clifton for our curtains and as always the service has been first class, the curtains were beautifully made, and Sonya, Yasmin and Ray were very professional and skilful with measuring, fitting and hanging them. Certainly wont going in there againCustomer service poor and communication needs to be improvedWent to ask for some blinds and woman was really unhelpful. just put the books in front of us and left us to it. We was not told that one was for roller and the other was vertical. When we asked for quote it was passed to another colleague as it was clear she does not want to be involved.As the blinds were subcontracted , they made it clear not bothered about selling them or advising us.
