If you are looking for a Funeral Director then i would highly recommend Todds.My father -in-law was cremated 3 years ago and my mother-in-law stated her wish to use Todds services prior to her death on 10th September 2018.The family run business gave excellent service and were very caring and professional in every aspect of the arrangements and on the funeral day.All who attended the Funeral stated how lovely the service was.A big THANK YOU" to Todds.Mike and Pam Cooper."

This family run funeral service is just the best. We had been recommended by so many people but I wanted to go with a friend of the family’s funeral service but gave in to my family members. They went above and beyond for my mum and all of our family. At such a sad time for us they made everything so much easier and did my mum and her whole family proud. Even had a vase of her favourite Lilly’s in her room. You could see how much they really cared about everything from start to finish. Love how when you go to see your loved ones the room is bright and not somber. Hope I don’t lose anyone else in my close family but know I would definitely use this compassionate family business again. My heart is broken losing my mum but Tods funeral services have helped put my beautiful mum to rest in the best way possible. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Xx

Todd’s took care of all my father’s funeral arrangements and 100% perfect

I will wholeheartedly recommend Joe and Glenys and Their family run Funeral Director service to everyone.We originally had bookedA Funeral for my Father with a local office of a national funeral directors thinking it was a good choice but within 24 hrs we cancelled with them after their actions made us feel we were not spending enough to guarantee a hearse to transport him to the crematorium.As soon as we called Todd funeral service ,what an immediate difference we felt, Glenys and her husband Joe made us feel like we were being taken care of, and more importantly so was my Father.They truly came to our rescue, they listened, were kind and compassionate and offered honest advice which was not driven to make us spend unnecessarily.They provided my Father with a dignified funeral to be proud of and were there alongside us to make sure everything was carried out as planned.I cannot stress enough how much better a service you will receive.I am eternally grateful to them both

It’s hard enough trying to organise a funeral but all the stress is taken away.Todd’s sort it all out which is a massive weight of your shoulders.They showed so much compassion and sensitive to my family and I when my dad sadly passed away.They were all so understanding in all our needs and worries through the whole process.Having such a big family was no trouble for them. I know Joseph and Glenys through my work and have always known them to be caring, professional and friendly. They were the only people I felt I could trust to take care of my dad when he passed in March. His death was sudden and left the family reeling. Planning a funeral was not something I was prepared for and their support and guidance was invaluable.Glenys took my initial call and remained so amazingly supportive throughout the entire process right up to collecting my dads remains. She took many a tearful call, answered lots of questions and gave us the time to sit with him on his birthday, which was 10 days after his passing.They allowed us to tailor my dads funeral to his personality and character. We wanted a solid reclaimed wood eco coffin handmade by a one man band in Wales, wooden hand painted words instead of some of the flowers and all of our own pallbearers. The family also travelled in my dads car rather than in Todd’s limousine, as we wanted to do this instead. They took care of all the details including booking a wonderful celebrant, orders of service etc.If you want the personal touch that chain companies just cannot provide, Todd’s is the best possible choice you could make for your loved ones if you are unfortunate enough to loose them.

Whole heartedly recommend. Truly lovely family run business. Mary-Glenda is very welcoming and compassionate and really does make you feel at ease and listened to. She is very much the right kind of person to help any family through the emotionally tough funeral process. Todd Funeral Services have helped make a difficult time so much easier to cope with. Lovely inviting shop and absolutely wonderful customer service. We can't recommend them enough.

I first walked in to Todd's Funeral services not having a clue what I needed to do. It was 2 days after my husband passed away.Originally I only came in to get a quote after seeing ridiculous prices at other well known funeral services.Lovely Glenys immediately came to me and gave me the biggest hug. A hug I very much needed at that moment in time. I could tell straight away that these 2 lovely people genuinely really cared even though I had only just met them.Glenys and Joe sat me down and explained everything, they advised what was needed and what not to waste my money on. They even explained about basic things e.g death certificates, the green form all of which i knew nothing about.They sat with me for quite a while just talking and making sure I was ok.I knew right then that I was booking my husbands funeral with them, nothing is too much trouble for Glenys and Joe and they listened and organised everything I asked for along with an amazing Celebrant.The Funeral day itself was beautiful and perfect. I could not have asked for a better service.There is no doubt that I will recommend Todd's Funeral services.These 2 people have beautiful hearts and genuinely care, you would not find a service like this anywhere else. In a world where companies just want to charge you the earth for everything, Todd's quote was over £2000 cheaper than leading Funeral services and I know I would not have got the care I received if I had gone elsewhere.I cant thank Glenys and Joe enough for making my life so much easier during a very difficult time with their support and guidance. They truly are amazing people.

Todd Funeral Services were incredible at such a sad time in our lives. A family run business who treated us like family, they went above and beyond and were very understanding of all our needs. They gave up their weekend and opened up so we could be with our baby boy when they should of been closed.We didn’t feel pressured into using them like we did with other funeral directors.
