Visited store to try out a swift model 3 sofa I saw online and ended up back a few days later to purchase .Firstly because we would rather support a local retailer and due to the fantastic service we received from both the advisor on our initial visit and from all 3 staff on our visit to purchase .We will definitely be back and thank you all

I've just bought a gorgeous fusion shelving unit from Basus - looks wonderful and is fantastic value.It arrived way sooner than expected, am delighted.Delivered promptly and all packing taken away to their own recycling centre. Customer service was superb - and a special thank you to Alex who was exceptionally helpful.Brilliant to see Basus open again - I'd bought a few things before lockdown - looking forward to visiting again.
