Shane arrived a couple of hours after my call at a mutually agreed time, even on a Sunday. He had our broken locking mechanism replaced within an hour and adjusted our door to correct what had caused the problem. Our door works better now than when it was installed 10 years ago. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable and left no mess. Great job.

I called Shane at 7.45 am on Good Friday when I couldn't open my french door. He came in just over an hour and sorted out the problem very quickly. He also noticed that my front door was sticking so fixed that as well. A very efficient and pleasant person who I would highly recommend
